The main thing isn't so much not assuming ever, but the point is to not make a habit of it.

I know.

That's normal, O1-1 - but it often isn't a good thing to try and exit the state of not knowing without solid reason to, as it can lead to incorrect conclusions an unfortunate amount of the time.'

If you don't know, you don't know. That goes for... well, everything.
I think the same thing a lot, too. But you know, the fact that you're worried about it means that it probably won't happen. If you didn't care, you wouldn't worry.
Managed to talk with my tup for like 2 seconds when I realized I was dreaming earlier today. In those two seconds (my first lucid dream ever btw), she finally decided on a name, though I'm not sure how it's spelled. Either Cille or Ciel. Probably Cille.

Also, I've got a bruise under one of my fingernails that is the exact color of her scales. Heh.
I have been forcing for about the last three days, passive and active, and whenever I start up the passive forcing, I feel this pressure near the back of my head. I know it may be a difficult thing to answer but would this be my tulpa? Whenever I stop it goes away so I know it can't be from dehydration or anything.(edited)
head pressures while forcing are fairly common, I'm not sure what exactly they indicate but they do provide some information that something is happening
I think I accidentally made two tulpas instead of one, guys
8:46 PM
I just realized that the reason I couldn’t sense either of them was because I was trying to perceive them as one thing, which didn’t work at all
8:47 PM
What should I do? I feel like I need to put one on hold while I progress with another; I’m worried that I won’t be able to handle forcing two of them at the same time
Well, if you don't give one of them attention for too long, they'll dissipate
8:48 PM
so really it's either an issue of morality or sanity
8:49 PM
if you don't want one or another to dissipate and think you can stay sane, then i'd say go for it. if you think it'll drive you mad, then i think you need to let one of them go
Well, I hypothesize that what really happened was that I was in the process of forcing one when I read a guide which recommended that I do personality forcing, which ended up producing an entirely separate tulpa. They were likely born within a few days of each other though
well, if you're directing your thoughts towards your tulpa, then you're managing it. there's no real way to "know for sure" but if you believe you are, then you are
1:12 AM
you won't "hear" them for some time likely. Emily and i used headpressures when i was still learning to hear her
I'm afraid I am going to have to rain on your parade here - head pressures are an entirely unreliable method of determining that your making a tulpa is working.
